Bank transfer orders may require receipt verification before processing. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by city, courier, weather, holidays, or incorrect address details.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange requests are reviewed according to our return policy. Items must generally be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Custom-made, altered, used, scratched, or damaged-by-customer products may not be eligible.
